FAQ
Questions, answered
The practical things — and if yours isn’t here, just ask.
How do we get started?
With a free discovery call. It’s a relaxed, no-obligation conversation about where you are, what’s not working, and what you’d love to change. From there, I’ll suggest the package that fits — or simply point you in the right direction. Book through the contact page, email me, or call 0403 200 795.
What happens at a wardrobe edit?
Every Wardrobe Edit begins with a style consultation and time spent defining your style. Then, over three hours, we explore your wardrobe together — to understand why you have nothing to wear. Afterwards, you’ll receive a digital Look Book created from your session outfits, and a shopping list for your wardrobe gaps.
Where do you work — and can we work together online?
I’m based in the Barossa Valley and work with clients across all of South Australia in person. Online styling is also available, wherever you happen to be.
Do I need a Wardrobe Edit before a Personal Shop?
The Personal Shop is designed for those who have already edited their wardrobe and are ready to add pieces. If you’re starting fresh, the Wardrobe Edit — or the Complete Package, which includes both plus shopping research and wardrobe integration — is the better place to begin. Not sure? That’s exactly what the discovery call is for.
What is a Look Book?
A digital collection of the outfits we create during your session — yours to keep, and to return to whenever you’re standing in front of the wardrobe wondering what to wear.
Is styling really for someone like me?
Yes. Style is a tool for building self-confidence and self-expression — and nothing I offer is one size fits all. Every service is tailored to the individual: your life, your shape, your way of moving through the world.
How do the workshops work?
‘Jeans and a Nice Top’ is an intimate introduction to styling for groups of 2 to 10, held at a place of your choice, with tea, coffee and wine provided. Together we explore what style means to you, body shape and colour, and everyone takes home resources to keep. Groups of 2–4 are $40 per person; groups of 5–10 are $30 per person.
How do Giving Back nominations work?
Each month, I gift a style package of choice to an individual with a lived cancer experience. You can nominate yourself, or someone can nominate you — by email or through the nomination form, at any time. The recipient is selected at the end of each month. There are no strings attached, and every nomination is held in strict confidence.
How do booking and payment work?
Once you’ve chosen a package — or we’ve had a discovery call — I’ll confirm a time, the details of your session, and payment arrangements with you directly. It’s all kept simple.
Can I give styling as a gift?
Beautifully, yes. Gift cards are available for any package or workshop, or for a bespoke amount of your choosing. Head to the gift cards page and I’ll arrange the rest.
