The simple, practical terms for working together — written in plain English, because that’s how I’d want them too.
The short version
Bookings are arranged personally, prices are confirmed before you commit, and nothing here takes away the rights you have under Australian Consumer Law. If anything on this page is unclear, just ask.
Who you’re working with
Services on this website are provided by Samantha Jayne Foreman, trading as Samantha Foreman Stylist (ABN 63 430 586 884), based in the Barossa Valley, South Australia. You can reach me at samantha.foreman.au@gmail.com or on 0403 200 795.
Services and bookings
Styling packages, workshops and gift cards are described on this site, and all bookings are made by arrangement — usually beginning with a free discovery call. Once you’ve chosen a package, I’ll confirm the time, the details of your session, and payment arrangements with you directly. Sessions take place in person across South Australia, or online wherever you are.
Pricing and payment
All prices on this site are in Australian dollars. Services and pricing may change from time to time — but the price confirmed with you when you book is the price you’ll pay. Payment details are arranged with you directly when your booking is confirmed, and kept simple.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Life happens. If you need to move or cancel a session, please let me know as early as you can, and we’ll find a time that works. If I ever need to reschedule, I’ll give you as much notice as possible and rearrange at a time that suits you.
Gift cards
Gift cards are available for any package or workshop, or for a bespoke amount, and are arranged personally through the gift cards page. Gift cards are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, including its minimum expiry protections.
Giving Back
The monthly Giving Back package is a gift — not a promotion, competition or trade offer. There is no purchase required, no entry fee, and no strings attached. Recipients are selected by me at my discretion at the end of each month, and every nomination and recipient is held in strict confidence, as described in the privacy policy.
Styling advice
Styling is personal guidance, tailored to you — your shape, your colours, your life. I’ll always give you my honest professional advice, but what you buy, wear and keep is entirely your choice, and purchases you make from retailers are between you and the retailer.
Australian Consumer Law
My services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under that law, or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This website
The content of this website — its words, images and design — belongs to Samantha Foreman Stylist and its contributors, and is for your personal use. Please don’t reproduce it commercially without asking first. While I keep the site accurate and up to date, package details are always confirmed with you personally before anything is booked.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
